Considered as one of the World’s best spirits competition and part of the Ultimate Beverages Challenge (UBC), the Ultimate Spirits Challenge (USC) has created the highest standard possible for beverage alcohol evaluation, using an innovative progressive scoring system based on the consumer friendly 100-point scale.

The Challenge is held under ideal tasting conditions at its own evaluation center located north of New York City. Led by F. Paul Pacult, renowned beverage alcohol authority and UBC’s co-founder and judging chairman, USC’s judges are a peerless selection of the world’s highest qualified spirits and mixology experts, consisting of journalists, buyers, authors, bar-owners and influencers.
