Omakase Collection releases: the Fifth & Sixth Editions

Delighted to announce the launch of Hatozaki’s two latest limited-edition Omakase Collection releases: the Fifth & Sixth Editions, available for the first time outside of the USA: https://bit.ly/43UwD8D.

The Omakase Collection is a series of rare whiskies created by Master Blender Kimio Yonezawa to explore new ideas in blending, maturation and flavour. Omakase means ‘the choice is in your hands’ and the collection reflects the trust placed in the maker to craft unique expressions guided by expertise, creativity and intuition.

Inspired by Sakura season, the Fifth Edition is a five-year-old blended malt whisky finished in rare Sakura cherrywood casks in Japan. The Sixth Edition explores cross-cultural whisky craftsmanship, marking the first incorporation of bourbon within a Hatozaki blend and is finished for three years in rare Mizunara oak.

These unique expressions are limited; with only 3,480 bottles available globally for the Fifth Edition & 1,884 bottles for the Sixth Edition.
