Over 14 years in the making, Watershed Distillery Straight Bourbon Whiskey is our love letter to the craft of spirit making. Produced with ingredients close to home, it’s a hand-made, small batch bourbon that is as distinctively complex as it is fiercely approachable. Rested in our signature char 5 barrels for 4 years and bottled at 90 proof, this bourbon represents all that we’ve strived for in our journey, one pour at a time.
