In Japanese restaurants, “Omakase” or “Chef’s special Omakase” can be translated as “Chef’s surprise.” For curious customers, it is a matter of trust and discovering blindly the concocted menu according to the Chef’s desires.
Created with unmatched craftmanship, Hatozaki Omakase is a surprising Pure Malt. Aged 8 years in new charred American Oak and traditional Japanese Mizunara casks, this whisky was only produced in 4 200 bottles.
With its light amber color and golden highlights, Hatozaki Omakase offers a round, generous and non-peated style.
